The health of our food is dependent on the health of our soil & surrounding ecosystems. Through regenerative agricultural practices we are committed to providing our community with food that is nutrient dense & earth restorative.

Education

Through free farm tours, mentorships, workshops, & cooperation with  community members we look to share all that we have come to know & learn a great deal ourselves.

Celebration

During our Seasonal Celebrations we gather together with our customers as a community to honour the Earth & our farm, giving thanks for the many gifts they provide.
